Bryan has worked in Food Technology for over 25 years and can list a wide range of skills in his repertoire from oat milling and pâté production to Dunkin’ Donut making. Bryan joined the team at Clandeboye as Manager in 2009 and has played a major role in the growth of the company from small batch to large scale production.
