Overnight Oats Using Clandeboye Yoghurt

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 2 TBSP Clandeboye Natural Yoghurt
  • Handful of Chia seeds or granola
  • TSP maple syrup
  • TSP vanilla essence
  • Chopped Berries or fruit (strawberry, blackberries)

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl or a jar, combine the oats, natural yogurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla essence.
  2. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  4. The next morning, give the mixture a good stir. If the oats are too thick, you can add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Serve with another dollop of our natural yoghurt and whatever fruit you have to hand.
