Overnight Oats Using Clandeboye Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup porridge oats
- 2 TBSP Clandeboye Natural Yoghurt
- Handful of Chia seeds or granola
- TSP maple syrup
- TSP vanilla essence
- Chopped Berries or fruit (strawberry, blackberries)
Steps
- Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl or a jar, combine the oats, natural yogurt, milk, maple syrup and vanilla essence.
- Stir the ingredients until well combined.
- Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
- The next morning, give the mixture a good stir. If the oats are too thick, you can add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Serve with another dollop of our natural yoghurt and whatever fruit you have to hand.
