Clandeboye Yoghurt Feta Dip
- 5 tablespoons of natural or Greek Clandeboye Yoghurt
- 4oz cucumber (diced very finely)
- 1 1/2 oz fresh mint leaves (chopped very finely)
- 1/2 small clove of garlic (blended)
- 2oz feta cheese (blended until crumbly)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Stir all of the ingredients together and leave in the fridge to infuse for about an hour.
