Clandeboye Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of natural or Greek Clandeboye Yoghurt
  • 4oz cucumber (diced very finely)
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh mint leaves (chopped very finely)
  • 1/2 small clove of garlic (blended)
  • 2oz feta cheese (blended until crumbly)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
