Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of Demerara sugar (blended into a fine powder)
  • 4 heaped tablespoons of Clandeboye Greek yoghurt
  • 2 or 3 (depending on how strong you like it) tablespoons of brandy

  1. Blend the sugar until it becomes a fine powder, and then stir all of the ingredients together.
  2. Pop in fridge until you are ready to serve.
