Clandeboye Yoghurt Brandy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of Demerara sugar (blended into a fine powder)
- 4 heaped tablespoons of Clandeboye Greek yoghurt
- 2 or 3 (depending on how strong you like it) tablespoons of brandy
- Blend the sugar until it becomes a fine powder, and then stir all of the ingredients together.
- Pop in fridge until you are ready to serve.
