Baked Buttered Rum Spiced Bananas
Ingredients
- 2-3 bananas
- 1 TBSP rum (optional)
- 2 TSP cinnamon
- 1 TBSP butter, softened
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 TBSP Demerara sugar
Steps
- Split the bananas lengthwise and put on baking paper still in their skins.
- Mash the rest of the ingredients, except the sugar) into a paste and spread over the bananas.
- Sprinkle over the sugar.
- Bake in a hot oven for ten minutes, serve with Clandeboye Yoghurt and lime wedges.
