Background
Bryan has worked in Food Technology for over 25 years and can list a wide range of skills in his repertoire from oat milling and pâté production to Dunkin’ Donut making. Bryan joined the team at Clandeboye as Manager in 2009 and has played a major role in the growth of the company from small batch to large scale production.

I love Clandeboye and knowing that our work contributes to Lady Dufferin's vision for the Estate as a social enterprise and an exemplar of sustainability. It has been amazing starting a small business and seeing it grow steadily each year whilst producing a product of which we are all proud – and to see it getting national recognition because of its quality.
