Clandeboye Yoghurt Christmas Granola

Christmas granola recipe with natural yogurt clandeboye yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 150ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sweet cinnamon powder
  • 300g oats
  • 50g chai seeds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 100g flaked almonds
  • 50g dried dates
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 25g coconut flakes
  • 25g chestnuts (chopped)

Steps

  1. Place oil, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, seeds & oats in a mixing bowl and mix together with a spatula.
  2. Place nonstick paper on a baking tray and bake 170c for 15 minutes or until golden.
  3. Now add coconut, almonds, chestnuts & fruit cook another 8-10 minutes
  4. Now leave to cool and store in an airtight container.
  5. Serve with Clandeboye Yoghurt.
