Clandeboye Yoghurt Christmas Granola
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150ml maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sweet cinnamon powder
- 300g oats
- 50g chai seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 100g flaked almonds
- 50g dried dates
- 50g dried cranberries
- 25g coconut flakes
- 25g chestnuts (chopped)
Steps
- Place oil, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, seeds & oats in a mixing bowl and mix together with a spatula.
- Place nonstick paper on a baking tray and bake 170c for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Now add coconut, almonds, chestnuts & fruit cook another 8-10 minutes
- Now leave to cool and store in an airtight container.
- Serve with Clandeboye Yoghurt.
